1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the Sentinel SDK, or using the BandhanNova Sentinel web applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.

2. Account Creation and Google OAuth

To use Sentinel, you must link your identity using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session token and auth cookies. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Integration SDK License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully-revocable license to integrate the `sentinel-sdk` script into your production applications. You may not modify or reverse-engineer the core communication mechanisms of the SDK with malicious intent.

4. Data Usage and Telemetry Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the contents of the logs, stack traces, and environment details transmitted to Sentinel. You must ensure that your applications do not transmit unmasked Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive health/financial data, in compliance with standard privacy rules.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

BandhanNova Sentinel is provided "as is" and "as available." While we offer high availability via multi-node Turso relays, we do not warrant that log processing or AI heuristics will be uninterrupted, completely accurate, or free from latency.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, exceed platform query limits excessively, or engage in activity that degrades service quality for other developers.
