User Profile Data: Name, email address, profile picture, and Google authentication details provided during login.
Project Metadata: Project names, workspace IDs, API keys, and notification endpoint configurations (e.g., Discord webhooks, Slack endpoints).
Telemetry & Error Logs: Debug logs, stack traces, system logs, web vitals performance metrics, and network trace data sent via the Sentinel SDK.

3. Data Isolation and Storage

We employ strict multi-tenant database isolation to keep your projects isolated.

Database Architecture: Your project data is isolated and safely processed using Turso Database Relay Nodes.
Security: All databases are protected via individual access tokens. Sensitive data like client secrets, Discord/Slack webhooks, and API keys are stored in encrypted format.

4. Data Usage

We use the collected data exclusively to:

Monitor, store, query, and visualizer your system logs, errors, and traces.
Trigger automated webhook alerts to Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp as configured in your settings.
Generate AI-assisted root cause analysis insights using Sentinel AI (powered by Cerebras LPU architecture).

5. SOC-2 & GDPR Compliance

Sentinel is designed to be fully transparent and compliant with major security frameworks. We do not sell or monetize your telemetry or profile logs. You retain complete ownership over all payload data ingested by our server endpoints.
